Cherry Tree boogies on down with Boogie Beatz
Saturday 23rd January was livened up with some choreographed chair based dancing ran by Boogie Beatz, a local dance and exercise company. Some classics from Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Cliff Richard and Michael Jackson provided those musical beats for residents and their families to ‘get down and boogie’ away to. Ribbon sticks and Pom Poms made for some colourful accessories and a lot of fun.
Everyone joined in, it was great to see young and old boogie-ing together and a great way to get some gentle exercise at the same time.
