Eat your heart out Great British Bake off!
Some fabulous cakes were baked by Hulton House staff at our Macmillan coffee morning last Friday. The event which was hosted by Mayor David Borrows, raised £214 on the day with donations still coming in.
There was a competition to judge the best cake, and the winner, chosen by the Mayor was a toffee sponge with a sticky toffee and chocolate disc topping by the lovely Leah, our deputy manager. She could definitely give the bakers at the Great British Bake off a run for their money.
