Hulton House opens in 5 days
In preparing food for our promotional photography, Head Chef Andy Bishop was definitely willing to go the extra mile. He climbed steps dusting icing sugar through a sieve over his own chocolate ganache, cake, just so that the camera could catch a shot of icing sugar cascading down. Look out for it on our video it looks delicious!
Andy is no stranger to food photography, he’s been in catering for 43 years, was general manager for Whitbread for 23 years and his culinary delights have been part of a lot of photographic shoots over the years. He brings a wealth of experience to Hulton House and will help make special occasion events and theme nights both delicious and memorable. He is particularly looking forward to resident’s choice menu night where for one night each week one resident gets to choose whats on the menu for tea that night.
Hulton House open day is 11.00am – 4.00pm on Saturday 7th September 2019. It will be opened at 11.00am by TV actor John Middleton, who played vicar Ashley Thomas in ITV’s Emmerdale.
Why not visit and see the Hulton House experience yourself. As well as the chance to get John’s autograph, there is also an Alice in Wonderland themed afternoon tea, a jazz band, vintage swing dancers and face painting for children.
