Hulton House to get an Inbuilt Virtual Car Activity
We are delighted and excited to tell you that we will soon be getting an inbuilt dementia car activity. The car activity which comes with a 50-inch LCD screen, hidden within a realistic looking car window, features 10 car journeys and will have free updates for life. It also has wind machine air vents which produce both smells and sound effects of the open road. It includes sensory items to touch and smell and a car rummage box to encourage engagement and reminiscence.
To our residents it will feel just they’re out for a drive on the open road, without leaving the safety of the building.
We simply cannot wait for this to arrive; we know our residents are going to love it every bit as much as we do.
