L&M Healthcare luxury care residence to be built in Rudheath, Cheshire
L&M Healthcare has just been granted planning permission by Cheshire West and Chester Council’s planning committee to build another luxury care residence in Rudheath, Cheshire. It will be a 68 bed, two story facility, that will have all the same luxurious fittings people have come to expect from L&M Healthcare. It will also create jobs for 50 people full time and 10 people part time. Due to open late 2020 this will make a total of 7 homes in the L&M Healthcare portfolio.
‘There is a desperate need for this facility in the borough’ said Architect Bryan Walker ‘ There is also provision for one of our award winning community libraries and coffee lounge specially designed to openly encourage interaction with neighbours, residents and their families.’
