Vicky Goodier is a Clinical Lead and Unit Manager at Kitwood House in Rudheath. She got her first nurse’s uniform when she was just four years old. She knew back then that she would always want to care for people so she became a nurse. It’s now her ambition is to become a home manager and she is currently being supported through her NVQ level five so we can help her achieve this.
