Only 9 days to Hulton House opens its doors
As the days countdown all our staff are extremely excited and none more so than deputy manager Leah Houghton, who says she is ‘desperate to share the Hulton House experience with residents and their families.’
Leah is a Registered Mental Nurse and has been working with vulnerable adults for over 19 years. She developed a keen interest in dementia nursing when her grandparents developed dementia. She was a dementia specialist and mentor for dementia nurses in the NHS and then moved into the independent care sector three years ago.
‘I’m so excited about Hulton House opening, we have a fabulous environment to work in and we have been able to recruit an excellent team, all handpicked professionals who are really enthusiastic to get started.’ she said.
Hulton House open day is 11.00am – 4.00pm on Saturday 7th September 2019. It will be opened at 11.00am by TV actor John Middleton, who played vicar Ashley Thomas in ITV’s Emmerdale.
