About our rooms

Kitwood House is designed as a relaxing and comfortable home from home. Each resident has their own bedroom with features such as an en-suite bathroom (with power shower and toilet facilities), a comfortable profile bed (with fully adjustable, body-supporting mattress) and a flat-screen HD LED TV. We encourage residents to decorate their rooms with their own small furnishings and ornaments. This helps to create a homely atmosphere that’s truly their own. Free wi-fi provides open internet access so that family members can Skype at any time.

At an additional cost, personal phone landlines can be installed in all rooms. For those residents who prefer to eat in their rooms, room service will also be available.

To maintain excellent air quality and to aid the control of infection, all bedrooms are fitted with Ultra-Violet Germicidal Irradiation YVGI air sterilising units. These will prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and cleanse the air flow.

Kitwood House can also accommodate couples and offer double rooms with private sitting rooms and optional private dining.
