The sixties are swinging again at Gainsborough House
As part of a fundraising week in aid of The Alzheimer’s Society, Tuesday 22nd September saw staff at Gainsborough House dressed in vintage costume for a 1960’s themed Reminiscence Party. Singer Tony Donovan sang an array of 60’s songs and played guitar, plus he also brought song sheets with him so that everyone could sing along. The event was a huge success, family and friends really enjoyed the day and the feedback was excellent.
Well done to the Gainsborough House team who all made a huge effort with their vintage costumes. The local paper ‘The Warrington Guardian‘ also attended the event and took plenty of photos.
