Watercolour art at Gainsborough House
What better to way to spend an afternoon than watercolour painting? It doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried it before because at Gainsborough House you learn from the expert, practising watercolour artist Chris Beardsley. Chris who has his own studio, undertakes commissions and also runs classes at a local college in Warrington and workshops at Heritage sites around the country.
Chris runs watercolour workshops at Gainsborough House every 6 to 8 weeks and relatives are more than welcome to join in. Residents and relatives who have never attempted watercolour painting are amazed at what they can achieve in just one session, many discovering hidden creative talents that they didn’t know they had.
