What’s it like being part of the L&M Healthcare Team?
We asked some of our team members if they would like to take part in our recruitment advertising. We wanted to show anybody who was thinking of joining us what it is really like to be a part of our growing L&M Healthcare team of caring professionals. We had no shortage of volunteers and we’ll be sharing what they had to say in their own words over the coming weeks.
We begin with Julie Robinson. Julie is a Healthcare Support Worker at Whittle Hall in Warrington. She ‘absolutely loves working in our dementia plus households’. She also feels that she is ‘well supported’ and after joining the L&M Healthcare team she’s ‘never looked back’.
