Winners at the Care Home Awards 2020
We are delighted to announce that Whittle Hall has just won BEST FOR FOOD, NUTRITION & THE DINING EXPERIENCE for their Activities Evaluation Study at the Care Home Awards 2020.
The study, which looked into whether an activity before a mealtime could impact on the health and well being of people living with dementia, produced some marvellous and unexpected results and Bradford University is now working with them to turn this into a full research study.
We are also extremely pleased to announce that Hulton House was awarded a highly commended in the Best New Care Home category.
Both awards were announced at a virtual ceremony presented by Alan Dedicoat on line today at 1pm. Well done to all staff involved. This is an amazing result.
