Care Home Manager

As a Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, providing leadership and support to a dedicated team of care professionals. You will be passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and committed to maintaining the highest standards for our residents.

Building positive and trusting relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues will be at the heart of your role, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone within the home.


Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely alongside the Home Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the home. You will help lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents at all times.

The role also involves building strong and positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families, helping to create a caring, respectful, and supportive environment throughout the home.
