At our company, every new team member completes a comprehensive induction programme designed to build confidence and ensure high‑quality care from day one.
This includes mandatory e‑learning through My Learning Cloud, alongside essential training in dementia, fire safety, PRICE, moving and handling, first aid, and accurate documentation. To maintain consistently high standards, all employees are required to complete ongoing refresher training throughout their employment.
We also support professional development by offering the opportunity to undertake nationally recognised qualifications, including NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care, helping our staff progress and excel in their roles.
