L&M Healthcare have taken a conscious decision to recruit a Senior Leadership Team that is highly specialised in the field of dementia care. Several members of the team have been former CQC inspectors and advisors. This innovative step is unique in the small care home group sector and provides an invaluable wrap around and specialist support to all home managers across the group.

Managing Director

Founded L&M Healthcare in 2012, and now running a group of five care homes specialising in dementia care and two 96 bed facilities leased out to the NHS. Business woman of the year finalist at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards in 2022.

Paul Fletcher

Commercial and Business Director

Nominated Individual, Commercial and Business Director. Extensive business and director experience within the adult social care sector.

Graeme Duncan | BA (Hons)

Director of Procurement

Graduate in Economics and Finance, and procurement specialist. Extensive experience within blue chip organisations and over 11 years’ experience in the social care sector. 

Bryan Walker | (BA)Hons B ARCH ARB RIBA

Director of Estates and Facilities

Qualified architect and RIBA member with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, specialising in health and social care both NHS trusts and private sector organisations.
