Mental Health and ABI complex care

This is a service to support adults living with complex needs arising from mental health conditions or neuro disabilities.

We provide an enriched living environment for adults living with enduring mental health conditions (MH) and neuro disabilities including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

Residents are provided with specialist services tailored around their individual needs and preferences. Our nurse-led, highly trained, team support residents to focus on their strengths and promote reablement through person-centred care pathways.

Enhanced staff training to support individuals with complex mental health needs and ABI. Training includes de-escalation techniques, trauma-informed care, and psychological support frameworks.

  • Promoting independence and recovery, where possible.
  • Effectively supporting residents during periods of emotional distress, reducing risk and promoting coping strategies through evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and occupational therapists.

4 . Safety & Security

  • Promotion of positive risk taking, where possible in a safe and secure environment. Residents are supported to maintain or regain independence in an environment that is as least restrictive as possible.

With a focus on positive outcomes residents will be supported to achieve their goals and aspirations.
